Awka– The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has been declared winner of the September 28, 2024, local government elections in Anambra State, clearing all chairmanship and councillorship seats across the 21 local government areas of the state.
Chairman of the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission, ANSIEC, Genevieve Osakwe, announced the results at the ANSIEC office in Awka.
Declaring the election as free and fair, Osakwe said the commission carefully collated and analysed the results to ensure that there were no mistakes
