Hon. Muhammad Radhi Joins Tarauni Reps Race, Picks ADC Nomination Form
A retired senior civil servant and political aspirant, Hon. Muhammad Radhi Amin, has formally joined the race for the House of Representatives seat for Tarauni Federal Constituency after obtaining the nomination form of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Hon. Radhi picked the nomination form on Wednesday ahead of the party’s forthcoming primary election.
He is expected to battle for the ADC ticket alongside former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Nasiru Baballe, who had earlier obtained his nomination form to contest for the same seat.
Muhammad Radhi Amin popularly known as (O Musa), who hails from Daurawa Ward, retired from the Kano State civil service after rising to the rank of Assistant Director.
Speaking shortly after obtaining the form, supporters of the aspirant described him as an experienced administrator with a strong grassroots connection across Tarauni Federal Constituency.
The African Democratic Congress (ADC), regarded by many political observers as one of the leading opposition parties in Nigeria, is intensifying efforts to strengthen its structures ahead of the next general elections, with the aim of challenging the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
