Kano DPM Forum Chairman Alhaji Tijjani Madaki Gulya Calls for Unity, Commends State Leadership
The Chairman of the 44 Local Government Areas Directors of Personnel Management Forum in Kano State, Alhaji Tijjani Madaki Gulya, has extended warm Eid el-Fitr greetings to the people of Kano State, urging them to uphold the virtues of peace, unity, and discipline.

Alhaji Tijjani Madaki Gulya, who also serves as the Director of Personnel Management of Tarauni Local Government Area, conveyed this message on behalf of the forum in celebration of the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
In the same spirit, the Secretary of the forum, Alhaji Musa Ahmad Maitama, who is also the Director of Personnel Management of Minjibir Local Government Area, joined in extending heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful across the state.
The Chairman congratulated the Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, on witnessing the joyous occasion, while acknowledging his efforts toward the development and transformation of Kano State.
He also commended the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Muhammad Tajuddeen Usman, for his dedication to strengthening local government administration.
Furthermore, he recognized the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Hajiya Fatima Adamu Barde, for her commitment to efficient service delivery and administrative excellence.
Alhaji Tijjani Madaki Gulya noted that Eid el-Fitr represents a time of gratitude to Almighty Allah for the strength granted to Muslims to observe fasting, prayers, and acts of devotion throughout Ramadan.
He emphasized that the lessons of patience, sacrifice, compassion, and discipline acquired during Ramadan should be sustained in daily interactions and public service.
According to him, the forum remains committed to promoting professionalism, accountability, and effective personnel management across the 44 local government areas in Kano State.
He called on public servants to continue discharging their responsibilities with integrity, dedication, and a strong sense of duty.
The Chairman also urged the people of Kano State to maintain peaceful coexistence and support government policies aimed at improving socio-economic development.
In his remarks, the Secretary, Alhaji Musa Ahmad Maitama, encouraged citizens to use the festive period as an opportunity to strengthen relationships and extend kindness to the less privileged.
He further stressed the importance of unity among communities, noting that sustainable development can only be achieved in an atmosphere of peace and cooperation.
Both leaders expressed appreciation to members of the forum for their collective efforts in ensuring effective administration at the grassroots level.
They also commended traditional and religious leaders for their continuous guidance and role in promoting moral values within society.
The forum reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that will enhance governance, service delivery, and human resource management across local governments.
The message concluded with prayers that Almighty Allah accepts the ibadat of the faithful, grants forgiveness, and continues to bless Kano State and Nigeria with peace, unity, and prosperity, while wishing all Muslims a joyous Eid Mubarak celebration.
