SSAP-CL, M. Nasir Ja’oji Participates in Daura Durbar Festival
Today marked the first day of the traditional annual Durbar festival, a celebration passed down through generations. The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Citizenship and Leadership, Hon. M. Nasir Ja’oji (Adon Garin Kasar Hausa), attended the event with an impressive procession of hundreds of horsemen, all adorned in beautifully colored traditional attire. Together, they marched through the scenic city of Daura, headed to the Emir’s Palace and payed their respects, in accordance with the traditional customs of the festival.
Thousands of residents from Daura flocked to the event, enthusiastically greeting the Adon Garin Kasar Hausa, which added to the joyous atmosphere.
At the end of the day, the Adon Garin Kasar Hausa returned to his residence to rest and prepare for the final day of the Durbar festival, which will take place tomorrow.
