EXCLUSIVE: Gov. Yusuf fixes another defection date
The governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, has fixed another date for defection from New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, after a series of postponements.
DAILY NIGERIAN reliably gathered that the governor announced the defection date midnight Thursday during a closed-door meeting with members of the Kano State House of Assembly.
