Kano Deputy Governor Attends Wedding Fatiha of Aliyu Ahmad and Mansura Aminu Baba
The Kano State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, today Saturday attended the Wedding Fatiha of Aliyu Ahmad Dambatta and his Bride Mansura Aminu Baba at Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Juma’at Mosque in Kofar Mata quarters , Kano.metropolitan. Former National Chairman of the ruling party (APC) Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje served as the representative (Wakili) of the Groom and Alhaji Hassan Baba served as guardian of the bride and the Groom, Aliyu Ahmad paid Two hundred thousand Naira as a drowry to his Bride.
The solemnization ceremony was led by the Chief Imam of the Mosque Shiek Muhammad Nasir Adam and attracted family members, friends, associates, traditional rulers, Businessmen, political leaders and other well-wishers across the State who gathered to witness and celebrate the union in accordance with Islamic teaching.
Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo prayed to Almighty Allah to bless the union with lasting love, peace, happiness, mutual and understanding.
The Deputy Governor also prayed for Allah’s guidance and protection over the newlyweds, as well as enduring marital life blessed with righteous offspring.
Other dignitaries that grace the wedding fatiha includes former Secretary to the state Government, Alhaji Usman Alhaji, Former Kano North Senator, Senator Bello Hayatu Gwarzo and former Permanent Secretary in the federal government Alhaji Nu’uman Barau. Later, after the wedding fatiha, the Deputy Governor paid a sympathy visit to Majidadin Kabo Alhaji Auwalu Kabo at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital and former Deputy Chairman of the APC Kano State Alhaji Shehu Maigari in his residence at Karkasara quarters in Tarauni local Government area for the medical challenges they are facing.
